- RV's - with reservations, accommodations will be made for a limited number of RV's for overnight parking with a $15 fee. This MUST be reserved in advance as we will not be able to accommodate onsite reservations. ( Call 410-604-1KIO to reserve )

- Please DO NOT leave your children unattended on the field or in the children's play area. We are not responsible for the security or safety of unattended children.
- We are not responsible for lost, or missing items. However, a "Lost and Found" area can be found at the SECURITY TENT near the exit of the field. Items will be held for 30 days before being disposed of.
HANDICAPABLE PATRONS:
Wheel chair accessible parking areas are available on-site on asphalt, however keep in mind the event is on a grassy field. If you require assistance please notify Island Bay Day in advance or at ticketing on the day of.

Personal items are subject to search upon entering. Anyone caught entering with bottles or outside alcohol will be required to toss out or return to your car. Anyone caught inside the gate with outside bottles or alcohol will be escorted off of the premises.
The Queen Anne County Sheriff's department has zero tolerance for underage drinking and Island Bay Day supports the Sheriff department's initiatives to curtail underage drinking. Must have over 21 arm band to drink. Any minor caught with alcohol or anyone caught giving alcohol to a minor will be escorted out and reported to the Queen Anne County Sheriff’s department on site immediately. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone not adhering to these rules. Island Bay Day Promotes Responsible Drinking - Please bring a Designated Driver!
